Baena against Cucurella at Ibai Llanos's La Velada?

Real Madrid's Cucurella joked he'd box Atlético Madrid's Baena at Ibai Llanos's boxing event; Baena replied on Instagram with a challenge.

At the Ballon d'Or gala in London's Palladium Theatre, streamer Ibai Llanos asked footballers which colleague they'd fight in a boxing ring at La Velada del Año, his annual boxing event that draws over six million concurrent viewers.

Real Madrid defender Marc Cucurella, fresh from marking Lamine Yamal tightly in the 2–1 Clásico win, named Atlético Madrid midfielder Álex Baena. "With Baena. He's my friend, but he brings out the worst in me; I'd destroy him," Cucurella told Llanos. Baena, a key player in Atlético's setup and Cucurella's Spain teammate from this summer's World Cup win, replied on Instagram: "Whenever you want, place, day and hour." The exchange went viral, with Baena's response gathering over 50,000 likes within hours and turning Madrid derby rivalry into social media banter.
