Matías Soulé has become Roma's standout performer under Gasperini, establishing himself as a technical leader for the side. The Argentine left-winger has scored 15 goals and provided 16 assists, directly contributing to 26 points in the league table. His impact extends beyond statistics: Soulé demonstrates tactical maturity, reading match situations and balancing offensive creativity with team play. He has performed consistently across fixtures against Fiorentina, Atalanta, Cagliari and Napoli, often among the best on the pitch even when he hasn't registered goals or assists. His market value has risen to an estimated €50m as he evolves from a promising talent into a reliable difference-maker, comparable in stature to Roma's other star, Paulo Dybala.
