Bundesliga Honors Ballon d'Or Winner Kane with Giant Projection

Bayern Munich striker Kane was honored with a giant projection on Munich's Olympic Tower after winning the Ballon d'Or.

The Bundesliga paid tribute to Ballon d'Or winner Harry Kane on Saturday evening ahead of the Klassiker between Bayern Munich and Borussia Dortmund. Kane's image was projected onto Munich's Olympic Tower, the tallest structure in Bavaria, and captured by drone camera for live broadcast integration. The projection complemented an on-pitch tribute at the Allianz Arena. Kane received the prestigious award from France Football on Monday. Bundesliga Managing Directors Marc Lenz and Steffen Merkel praised Kane as "one of the outstanding players of his generation" who "embodies exceptional dedication, extraordinary ability" and continues to inspire millions of fans worldwide.
