Man Utd enquire about Toney - Sunday's gossip

Manchester United enquire about Ivan Toney's availability at Al-Ahli, while Barcelona track Chelsea's Estevao Willian and Crystal Palace's Mateta eyes a January exit.

Manchester United have made an enquiry about Al-Ahli striker Ivan Toney's availability, though the 30-year-old England forward remains at the Saudi club. The Red Devils have ended their interest in Leeds forward Dominic Calvert-Lewin.

Elsewhere, Barcelona are closely monitoring Chelsea winger Estevao Willian with a potential move in mind for the 19-year-old Brazilian. Crystal Palace striker Jean-Philippe Mateta is set to leave Selhurst Park in January, with the club weighing whether to cash in during the winter window or allow him to depart as a free agent when his contract expires in the summer.

Spain midfielder Fermin Lopez has made clear he does not want to leave Barcelona despite interest from Manchester United and Chelsea. Liverpool face potential departures of Wataru Endo and Federico Chiesa next year, while Arsenal maintain contact with Real Madrid over Endrick despite the La Liga side's reluctance to sell their 20-year-old Brazilian forward this season.
