Kike Salas: "I see the linesman raise the flag and I think it was a clear foul"

Sevilla defender Kike Salas disputed Getafe's second goal, claiming the linesman flagged a foul on Manu Bueno that should have been called.

Sevilla lost 3-1 to Getafe on Sunday, and defender Kike Salas, who scored for his side, questioned the validity of Getafe's second goal in his post-match comments. Salas said he saw the linesman raise the flag for an offside or foul but believed there was a clear foul on Manu Bueno in the build-up to Andrés García's goal that should have been called. "I see the linesman raises the flag and I think it was a clear foul," Salas told DAZN. He noted the referee did not explain the decision to the Sevilla players. Salas acknowledged Sevilla played well in the first half before Getafe's goals changed the match, and he praised his team's effort despite the defeat.
