Top five pound-for-pound managers in the Premier League right now

talkSPORT ranks the top five Premier League managers, with Mikel Arteta and Unai Emery leading the list for their achievements at Arsenal and Aston Villa respectively.

talkSPORT's Max Scott has compiled his Mount Rushmore or Less ranking of the Premier League's best current managers, selecting five rather than the traditional four.

Mikel Arteta tops the list for his transformation of Arsenal, winning the Premier League title for the first time in 22 years in his first senior management role. Scott praised Arteta's ability to restore passion to the fanbase and create an effective, competitive team despite criticism of his touchline antics and playing style.

Unai Emery takes the second spot for his work at Aston Villa, turning the club around from relegation threats to European regulars and Champions League participants. Scott highlighted Emery's achievement in winning the Europa League and reinvigorating the squad this season with new signings like Morgan Rogers and Youri Tielemans, all while operating under strict financial regulations.
