Why Teun Koopmeiners could push for Everton move after source's reveal

Everton remain interested in signing Juventus midfielder Teun Koopmeiners in January, though he is not a priority target.

Everton have maintained long-standing interest in Juventus midfielder Teun Koopmeiners and are considering a move for him in the January transfer window, according to Football Insider. Koopmeiners joined Juventus from Atalanta for £46 million last summer but has struggled to replicate his Serie A form, which saw him score 15 goals and provide seven assists in 51 games. While not a top priority, Everton are looking to strengthen their squad with quality reinforcements during the winter transfer period.
