My patience with Bristol City has evaporated

Bristol City fan criticises club's tactical inconsistency and recruitment strategy after poor start to season, questioning why £9m signings aren't being used effectively.

A Bristol City supporter and podcaster has expressed frustration with the club's performance and direction, highlighting a pattern of constant managerial and tactical changes that have failed to deliver results. After 11 league games, City have five fewer points than last season with seven fewer goals scored and four more conceded. The article questions the club's recruitment strategy, particularly the £9m investment in forwards Dom Ballard and Lorent Tolaj, and criticises the tactical approach of playing long balls rather than building attacking play around them. The fan argues that despite numerous strategic plans and spending, the club continues to struggle with consistency and clarity of purpose.
