Pellegrini: "Celta have very high morale"

Pellegrini expects a tough Celta side with high morale after their midweek win at Celtic, while backing Ceballos to adapt and predicting Antony's goals will come.

Real Betis manager Manuel Pellegrini held his pre-match press conference ahead of Sunday's fixture against Celta Vigo. He confirmed that Junior and Cucho Hernández remain unavailable, with Junior progressing in training but Cucho's return timeline uncertain.

Pellegrini praised the adaptation of Dani Ceballos, acknowledging the midfielder needs time after an extended absence from training and match action. He also highlighted Giovani Lo Celso's quality and work rate following his appearance against Barcelona.

On Antony, Pellegrini identified self-imposed pressure as the Brazilian's main issue in front of goal, but expressed confidence the goals will arrive. Regarding Celta, Pellegrini warned they arrive with strong morale despite their midweek trip to Glasgow, where they beat Celtic. He expects a well-organized opponent with a defined system and squad depth to rotate players.
