Feeney confident Carlisle are moving on right track

Carlisle extend unbeaten run to five games with comeback win over Solihull Moors, closing gap to playoff spots to three points.

Carlisle United captain Morgan Feeney believes the team is moving in the right direction after extending their unbeaten streak to five games with a comeback victory against Solihull Moors. Feeney scored in the win, which represents a significant turnaround following a difficult spell that included a 5-2 home defeat to Woking last month.

The Blues remain 11th in the National League but have now closed the gap to the playoff positions to just three points. Feeney credited honest conversations within the squad for the improvement, noting that while the team is still young, they have shown character in recent weeks. With injured players returning, he believes Carlisle will be in a strong position once they have a full-strength squad available.
