Carabao Cup quarter-final draw LIVE: Fleetwood to learn next opponents after famous win over Arsenal
Summarised by MatchPal
Fleetwood Town, the lowest-ranked team left, will learn their quarter-final opponent after stunning Arsenal on penalties in the fourth round.
Fleetwood Town have pulled off one of the greatest Carabao Cup shocks, eliminating Premier League champions Arsenal on penalties following a 1-1 draw at Highbury. The League Two side are the lowest-ranked team remaining in the competition and the first fourth-division club to reach the quarter-finals since Colchester United in 2019/20.
They will be joined in the draw by League One's Bradford City, who defeated Peterborough United on Tuesday. Several Premier League heavyweights remain in contention, including defending champions Manchester City, who face Brighton, and Liverpool, who play Chelsea at Anfield in tonight's marquee fixture. The quarter-final draw will follow the conclusion of the remaining fourth-round ties.
