Inter and Milan present Generali Stadium project with renderings
Summarised by MatchPal
71,500-capacity stadium with X-shaped exterior inspired by Milan's Duomo; first match targeted for 2031–32 season.
Inter and Milan have officially unveiled the Generali Stadium project, their new San Siro replacement. The 71,500-seat venue features an X-shaped external structure echoing the architecture of Milan's Duomo, a double-curved roof, bowl-shaped design, two steeply inclined curves up to 37 degrees, and diamond-shaped entrances. The clubs aim to play their first match in the 2031–32 season. The project is framed as urban regeneration beyond just a stadium.
