Arteta on reaction to Dowman red card: 'We are not in Disneyland'

Arteta expressed disappointment after Arsenal's appeal of Dowman's red card was rejected, saying the teenager must adapt to professional football's demands.

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta responded to the dismissal of the club's appeal against Max Dowman's red card from the Fleetwood Town match. While Arteta stated the club is "very disappointed" by the decision, he used the moment to address the teenager's development, emphasizing that young players must adjust to the intensity and standards of top-level football. Arteta's comments suggest he views the incident as a learning opportunity for Dowman rather than purely a refereeing matter.
