Glasner fears he will be next Forest sacking if wins don't follow

Glasner warned he could become Forest's sixth manager in 14 months if results don't improve, after a 2-0 loss to Brentford left the club 19th with one win in nine league games.

Oliver Glasner has warned he faces the sack unless Nottingham Forest's results improve dramatically. Speaking after Saturday's 2-0 defeat at Brentford, former Forest head coach said he would become the sixth manager sacked by the club in just over a year if players don't follow his instructions and performances don't change.

Forest have cycled through five managers since the start of last season: Nuno Espirito Santo, Ange Postecoglou, Sean Dyche, Vitor Pereira, and now Glasner. The Austrian, appointed from Crystal Palace after winning the FA Cup and Conference League, has managed just one win in nine league games this term. Saturday's loss to Brentford—a side without a win in their previous four matches—leaves Forest 19th, a point above the relegation zone, ahead of next weekend's trip to leaders Manchester City.

Glasner acknowledged defensive mistakes and poor finishing as key issues. Despite having the fourth-highest expected goals in the Premier League (14.33), Forest have scored just six goals—the division's lowest tally. Summer signing Liam Delap, who arrived for £50m from Chelsea, has managed only one goal in eight league appearances.
