Jose Alberto: "Mourinho said he would acknowledge errors that favored him"

Racing manager Jose Alberto criticized referee Munuera Montero's penalty decision against Mbappé in the 10th minute, challenging Mourinho to acknowledge the error.

Atlético Alagoinhas manager Jose Alberto expressed frustration after his side's defeat, taking issue with referee Munuera Montero's decision to award a penalty to Real Madrid for a challenge on Mbappé in the 10th minute. Alberto argued the contact was insufficient to warrant such a consequential decision. He acknowledged that a penalty for Tchouaméni was correctly overturned but maintained his complaint about the Mbappé call. Alberto then challenged Mourinho by invoking the Real Madrid manager's own words, saying Mourinho had promised to acknowledge errors that favored his team. Despite Racing's strong performance and their unbeaten home record coming into the match, the penalty proved decisive in the result.
