"It'll happen" – Player certain he's going to sign for Rangers

Ferguson says a Rangers move will happen eventually, though Bologna's valuation remains high and his contract runs until 2028.

Lewis Ferguson has opened up about his future in an interview with Gazzetta dello Sport, stating that a move to Rangers will happen at some point. The Bologna midfielder, who has made close to 150 appearances for the Serie A club and captains them regularly, said: "Rangers? Let's just say I'll go there sooner or later; I know it'll happen someday."

Ferguson, 27, has been the subject of constant speculation in Scotland due to his family roots at Ibrox. However, Bologna's valuation of the player remains high, and his contract runs until summer 2028 with an option to extend by another year. For now, a move is considered unlikely unless Rangers can meet the asking price, but Ferguson's comments suggest he views a return to Scotland as inevitable when the circumstances align.
