Diogo Dalot issues clear demand to Manchester United teammates - 'Not good enough'

Dalot admitted United haven't been good enough this season after the 3-2 Champions League comeback win over Roma ended a nine-game winless run.

Manchester United secured a crucial 3-2 victory over Roma in the Champions League on Tuesday, mounting a stunning second-half comeback after going two goals down. Bruno Fernandes converted a penalty and Matheus Cunha scored twice to turn the game around, ending United's nine-game winless streak across all competitions.

Defender Diogo Dalot addressed the media after the match, acknowledging the team's poor form. "We're not near good enough of what we should have done," he said, adding that "nights like this can change momentum, can change seasons." Dalot praised the team's second-half performance, saying they came with the right attitude and did what was needed to turn the game around.

The win comes as manager Michael Carrick faces intense pressure following recent poor results. Dalot stressed that everyone at the club is under pressure when results aren't coming, but expressed belief that this victory could be a turning point for the season and restore confidence ahead of upcoming fixtures.
