Tottenham told they have elite talent working under Roberto De Zerbi as prediction made

Wales manager Craig Bellamy praises Tottenham assistant Andrew Crofts as an elite coach, predicting Spurs will continue improving under Roberto De Zerbi.

Craig Bellamy has given a glowing endorsement of Tottenham assistant head coach Andrew Crofts, calling him one of the best coaches he's ever worked with. Bellamy, who manages Wales, spoke exclusively to talkSPORT about Crofts' impact at Spurs, highlighting his enthusiasm, tactical clarity, and professionalism.

"I think he's one of the best coaches I've ever been anywhere near," Bellamy said. "His enthusiasm and the way he sees the game really motivates me. I'm sure it really motivates the players." Bellamy added that Crofts brings "clear detail" alongside his motivational approach, and described him as "a breath of fresh air."

Bellamy predicted that Tottenham's recent upturn in form—three consecutive Premier League wins under De Zerbi—will continue. He noted that despite losing to Liverpool in the League Cup, he saw signs the club was "getting closer" to competing at the highest level. Crofts, a former player at Norwich, Brighton, and Charlton, joined Spurs in the summer and has become integral to De Zerbi's coaching setup.
