Barcelona captain Raphinha completed his contract renewal through 2030 on Thursday, signing the extension at the club's Spotify Camp Nou offices. The 29-year-old Brazilian forward expressed pride in the achievement and outlined his ambitions for the remainder of his time at the club.

"It's a feeling of great pride for me and my family," Raphinha said. "If my legs allow me to continue at a high level, I would love to finish my career at the club." He emphasized his commitment to winning titles, particularly the Champions League, which he identified as a key objective for Barcelona over the coming years.

Raphinha also reflected on his journey at Barcelona, noting that he has worked tirelessly to become one of the club's most beloved players and earn the captain's armband. He credited his recent form to a positional shift to centre-forward, which has significantly increased his goal output. "The numbers have surprised me a bit," he said, adding that he is confident Barcelona can achieve even greater success in the seasons ahead.
