Fortuna want to continue with Sinkgraven

Sinkgraven, recovering from a cruciate ligament injury sustained in February, is in contract negotiations with Fortuna after his deal expired.

Fortuna Sittard and left-back Daley Sinkgraven are in talks over a new contract after his previous deal ran out. The 31-year-old joined Fortuna on a free transfer from Las Palmas in February 2025 but suffered a torn cruciate ligament in his second appearance. He has spent recent months rehabilitating at the club and featured almost the entire duration of a friendly win over Genk last Saturday. Fortuna believes he is ready for the final stage of his recovery, and an agreement appears imminent, though contract length remains under discussion.
