Terzic: "We hope to build from this match and this victory"

Athletic Bilbao beat Getafe convincingly at home; Terzic praised the performance but noted Galarreta's muscle injury marred an otherwise perfect day.

Athletic Bilbao secured a commanding victory over Getafe, with manager Terzic expressing satisfaction at the result and the team's display. The win was dedicated to Guruzeta, who suffered a serious injury against Valencia the previous weekend.

Terzic highlighted several positives: Iñaki Williams scored his first league goal of the season, Nico Williams was dominant on his flank, and two Lezama academy graduates—Imga and Txus Vizcay—made their debuts, with Vizcay involved in the third goal. Defender Prados also returned from injury. However, Galarreta's muscular problem prevented what Terzic called a "perfect day."

The manager expressed confidence in the squad's ability to build momentum from the performance and carry it into upcoming matches, emphasizing the importance of converting individual good moments into consistent team confidence.
