Spalletti wants redemption against Napoli: "I don't ask the impossible from my players. The future? I'm used to..."

Spalletti demands mental resilience from Juventus ahead of Sunday's Serie A clash with Napoli at the Stadium.

Juventus manager Luciano Spalletti spoke at a pre-match press conference ahead of Sunday's Serie A fixture against Napoli at the Stadium (20:45 CET, matchday 10). Spalletti emphasised the need for mental strength, saying: "I want a Juventus that is unbreakable in its mind." He stressed that winning requires more desire than opponents, with all other approaches leading to defeat.

On potential tactical changes, Spalletti explained that the team needs balance for a difficult match that will test them across all areas of the pitch and phases of play. He indicated that the same squad will be available, with some players starting and others coming off the bench. Both Juventus and Napoli, managed by former Juventus coach Massimiliano Allegri, are struggling in the standings and need to bounce back after recent defeats.
