Harry Kane salary: How much will England captain earn on record-breaking Bayern Munich contract?

Kane signed a new Bayern Munich contract worth around £400,000 a week in base salary, making him Europe's highest-paid player.

Harry Kane has signed a lucrative new contract with Bayern Munich, reportedly becoming Europe's highest-paid player in terms of base salary. The 33-year-old England captain will earn around £400,000 a week before bonuses, tying him down as he approached the final six months of his previous deal.

Kane's new deal comes after a phenomenal 2025/26 season in which he won the Ballon d'Or following 73 goals in 65 games for club and country. For Bayern, he scored 61 goals and helped the club win the Bundesliga, DFB Pokal, and German Super Cup, as well as reach the Champions League semi-finals. Since joining from Tottenham for £86 million in 2023, Kane has scored 156 goals in 161 matches.

His base salary matches the total package earnings of Manchester City's Erling Haaland and Real Madrid's Kylian Mbappe when bonuses are included, though Kane's figure is purely base wages. The contract makes Kane the best-paid player in Bayern's history.
