Manchester United line-up vs Chelsea predicted as £62.5m man returns and Fernandes call made

Carrick's side need a win against Chelsea with Dalot returning and Mainoo back from injury.

Manchester United face Chelsea with Michael Carrick under pressure after defeats to Como and Bournemouth. A victory is essential to ease the strain on the head coach, who has been given a chance to turn things around despite speculation about his future. Diogo Dalot is expected to return to right-back, while Kobbie Mainoo comes back from injury to partner Carlos Baleba in midfield. Luke Shaw remains sidelined, with Ayden Heaven covering at left-back. Bruno Fernandes will operate ahead of the midfield pair, with Amad on the right and Matheus Cunha on the left supporting striker Bryan Mbeumo.
