West Ham United have confirmed that head coach Nuno Espírito Santo has left his position with immediate effect, along with assistant head coach Rui Pedro Silva and goalkeeper coach Rui Barbosa. The club's board made the decision following a review of the team's start to the EFL Championship season, believing a change was necessary to keep the club's objectives on track. Mark Noble, Steve Potts and Gerard Prenderville will take temporary charge of squad preparations for tomorrow evening's Championship fixture at Cardiff City. The club has already begun the process of recruiting a new head coach.
