Nuno Espirito Santo could make dramatic return to Nottingham Forest - verdict

Nuno sacked by West Ham after 13 Championship games; Forest fans call for his return as Glasner's position weakens.

Nuno Espirito Santo has been sacked by West Ham United after just 13 Championship matches, leaving the club eighth in the table. His departure comes amid inconsistent performances, though he achieved positive results during his time at the club.

The news has sparked speculation among Nottingham Forest supporters, who are calling for Nuno's return to the City Ground. Nuno previously left Forest under difficult circumstances following a clash with owner Evangelos Marinakis over the club's transfer strategy. Forest are currently 19th in the Premier League under Oliver Glasner, who took over this season but has struggled to convert chances into results despite creating opportunities.

The sacking has fuelled talk of a potential managerial carousel, with suggestions that Nuno could replace Glasner at Forest, Glasner could move to Aston Villa, and Unai Emery could join Manchester United to replace Michael Carrick.
