Keith Wyness shares Jack Grealish verdict after Everton go public with what happened

Former Everton CEO Keith Wyness believes the club handled Grealish's two-game suspension for a conduct breach correctly and expects him to be reintegrated soon under manager David Moyes.

Jack Grealish has been suspended by Everton for breaching club conduct after reportedly spending two nights drinking and failing to arrive at training last week. The Manchester City loanee missed the club's last two matches as a result.

Former Everton chief executive Keith Wyness praised how the club managed the situation, telling Football Insider that manager David Moyes is the right person to handle it. Wyness noted that Everton disclosed limited information publicly and dealt with the issue in-house, which he believes was the correct approach. He expects Grealish to be reintegrated into the squad soon and for normality to resume.

However, former Manchester United scout Mick Brown suggested the Everton squad may feel betrayed by Grealish's actions, questioning whether trust can be fully restored despite his return to the team.
